A: Sure! All of our outdoor products have undergone strict testing to ensure they can cope with various environments. The tent is resistant to heavy rain, the surfboard is impact-resistant, and the off-road vehicle parts are sturdy and durable, allowing you to take risks with peace of mind.
A: Completely waterproof! Our tents are made of high-density waterproof fabric and all the seams have been sealed, which can withstand heavy rain. However, it is recommended to choose a slightly higher place when setting up a tent to avoid water accumulation.
A: All waterproof products are marked with IPX grade (such as IPX6 splash-proof), and tents/jackets use DWR coating + seam adhesive technology.

A: All the product pictures of our company are uploaded by taking real photos. Due to the differences in lighting and shooting angles, there may be slight color differences. Transportation and Returns
A: All the goods of our company are dispatched from China and the distribution area covers over 180 countries. However, additional freight charges may be incurred in some areas. Please contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order.
A: Take a photo of the outer box of the package and the defective product and send it to dongxiaolang61@icloud.com within 48 hours of signature. We will exchange or refund it for you (depending on the availability of stock).
A: Once the goods are sent to the logistics company in the country where they are located, return requests will not be accepted except in cases where the products themselves are damaged or functionally incomplete.
